Ingredients:
- 1 cup (227g) “Fage” 2% lowfat Greek yogurt
 - ½ cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
 - 1 large (50g) egg
 - 1 tablespoon (21g) honey
 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup (125g) flour
 - ½ cup (45g) rolled oats
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - pinch salt
 - ½ cup (84g) “Nestle Toll House” semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: yogurt, applesauce, egg, honey, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients of flour, oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.. Add the dry to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
 - Scoop roughly 1-2 tablespoons of dough and space 2-3 inches apart on a prepared baking sheet.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and set for 5 minutes before eating.

- You can make a 1:1 substitute of all purpose flour for almond flour or oat flour.
