This creamy dip might become your new favorite condiment so you can kick up both flavor and protein on all your snacks!

Makes: 16 servings

Serving Size: 1/4 cup (63g)

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (306g) cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup (226g) low-fat 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (227g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 8-ounces (224g) “Philadelphia” ⅓ fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup (60g) “Frank’s” red hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In an 8-inch x 8-inch square or 8-inch round baking dish, mix all ingredients until well combined. 
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until warmed thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve.
