Peanut butter lovers, get your spoon ready for this quick, easy, and healthy snack that’s low in fat and high in protein.

Makes: 1 parfait

Serving Size: 1 parfait (288g)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (12g) PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • ½ small (51g) banana (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt and powdered peanut butter thoroughly.
  2. Top with sliced bananas and enjoy.
  3. Optional: make an extra PB drizzle by mixing an additional tablespoon of powdered peanut butter with a little bit of water. Macros not included.
