Creamy Cashew and Banana Breakfast Shake

  • 17g Cashews

  • 51g Banana

  • 480g Fairlife 2% Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Soak 2 tablespoons of raw cashews in 4 tablespoons of water overnight

  2. Discard any remaining water

  3. Rough chop cashews

  4. Combine milk, banana, cashews along with 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in Vitamix or blender

  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy

  6. Serve immediately (while still cold) and garnish with more cinnamon.
