Ingredients:

  • 2 “Beyond Meat” burger patties (226g)

  • 2 “Dave’s Killer Bread” whole grain hamburger buns (124g)

  • 2 butter lettuce leaves 

  • 1 small ripe tomato (sliced) (75g)

  • 4 slices red onion (thinly sliced)

Optional garnishes: pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan to medium-high heat and cook the burger for about 4 minutes per side. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.

  2. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Top with mustard, ketchup, or preferred condiments (macros may vary).

  1. Any variety of plant-based burger and bun can be substituted in this recipe, but macros will vary across brands.
