These healthy chicken tacos are fiesta-ready! We’re talking corn tortillas filled with salsa-scented shredded chicken with a zesty flair from fresh cilantro, red onion, and lime. Hint: shredded cheese, avocado, beans, or rice would all be 100% good ideas too. Plus, this recipe just happens to be naturally gluten-free!
