Strawberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (142g) frozen, unsweetened strawberries 

  • ¾ cup (180g) unsweetened plain coconut water 

  • 2 tablespoons (30g) fresh lemon juice 

  • 2 scoops (20g) “Vital Proteins” unflavored collagen peptides

  • 1 tablespoon (10g) shelled hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Notes:

  1. If a sweeter smoothie is desired, add more honey (macros not included).
